How do I know if it's hair loss or breakage?

If the hair comes out with the root (a small white bulb), it's hair loss; if it's a piece without a root, it's breakage. We check it with you in the assessment.

Does it replace a medical consultation?

No. If the hair loss is intense, there are bald patches or symptoms like extreme tiredness, we recommend seeing your doctor or dermatologist.
